Bahan-bahan ( 2 – 3 org )

  • 1 ekor ikan siakap :~ dilumur bersama garam, kunyit, lada sulah, tpg jgung dan goreng hgga keemasan
  • 2,3 bj cili merah + 6 ulas bwg putih } di tumbuk klu nk cepat blend aje.
  • 4 sdm sos cili @ ikut citarasa
  • tomato
  • air secukupnya
  • garam, gula n perasa jika perlu

Cara-cara

  1. Tumis cili yg telah d blend td hingga pecah myk + sos + air secukupnya biarkan mendidih masukkan garam, gula sesuaikan rasa..
  2. Bila kuahnya dh masak @ sikit pekat boleh masukkan ikn yg telah di goreng +tomato @ tuangkan kuah ke atas ikan.. siap dihidang..
  3. * rasanya lagi sedap bla kuah meresap ke dlm isi ikan..
