1kg Sotong Segar..dibersihkan
1 Sudu Kunyit Serbuk
3 Sudu Besar Sos Tiram
2 Sudu besar Serbuk Kari Ikan/ Daging
Campur semua bahan2 tadi dan diperap selama 1 jam
Bakar diatas api yang sederhana sehingga warna menjadi seperti gambar diatas
jangan bakar terlalu lama sebab nanti liat..
Sedia di hidang….
