RESEPI SLIM DIET 2 – Thai-Style Tom Yum Pak

THAI STYLE TOM YAM PAK

Bahan-bahan

3 1/2 cwn stok ayam
3 thin slices lengkuas muda
2 keping daun limau purut (kaffir lime leaves)
1 btg serai – di titik
2 biji bawang merah – dihiris nipis
1 sb roasted chili paste (roasted tom yum paste)
2 sb sos ikan (fish sauce)
3 sb jus limau nipis
4 biji tomato – dibelah empat
6 biji Thai chilies
10 cendawan tiram segar (fresh straw mushrooms)
Udang secukupnya
Isi Ikan secukupnya
1 cwn bunga kobis – dipotong sederhana besar
1 cwn putik jagung muda (baby corn) – dipotong panjang
1 sb daun ketumbar (cilantro) – dicincang
1 sb daun bawang (spring onion) – thinly sliced

Cara-cara

Panaskan stok ayam di dalam kuali. Masukkan lengkuas, daun limau purut dan serai.
Kemudian, masukkan bawang merah, chili paste, sos ikan dan jus limau nipis. Masukkan pula bunga kobis, udang,isi ikan, putik jagung muda . Biarkan sekejap.
Masukkan tomato, thai chilies & cendawan tiram. Biarkan selama 2 minit. Taburkan daun ketumbar & daun bawang.
Boleh dihidangkan.

PS: sayur-sayuran jgn dipotong terlalu kecil atau terlalu besar. Potong sederhana besar.
