1 bekas air (mengikut keperluan),
1 biji bawang besar,
2 biji bawang putih,
Udang bersaiz sedang minyak masak,
Garam,
Perasa (ajinomoto),
1 pek kiub ayam,
1 biji telur ayam
Sayur bayam

CARA-CARANYA :

Tuang sedikit minyak kedalam kuali

Masukkan hirisan bawang putih

Masukkan hirisan bawang besar

Biarkan sebentar sehingga bahan tersebut bertukar warna

Masukkan udang

Masukkan telur ayam

Masukkan kiub ayam

Masukkan garam & perasa secukup rasa

Masukkan air

Masukkan tangkai kecil sayur bayam

Masukkan sayur bayam

Gaul sehingga rata lebih kurang seminit
