Bahan-bahan ( 4 orang )

  • 4 biji bawang di tumbuk
  • 4 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk
  • Setengah kiub ayam knorr
  • Garam sedikit
  • 1 ikat sayur siow pak choy
  • 1 sudu tepung jagung dibancuh dgn sedikit air
  • Cendawan,dan lobak merah
  • 2 sudu sos tiram
  • Setengah cawan air
  • Minyak utk menumis

Cara-cara

  1. Tumis bwg dan sos tiram sehingga naik bau…
  2. Masukkan sedikit air,garam,kiub ayam biarkan mendidih.
  3. Kemudian mskkan sayur dan lobak merah,apabila hampir masak, masukan cendawan n air tepung jagung..kacau2 dan angkat
